Basic lifestyle guidelines

There are thousands of fitness and nutrition programs out there, and most of them seem to have a strong following of people who it has worked for.

But if all these programs are so different, how can they all be right?

Are there things that maybe all of these programs share? Absolutely!

The best fitness and nutrition programs have some basic tenants that align with basic human biology. Even before we understood why these principles were so important, they proved their effectiveness through decades of trial and error in the fitness industry.

We call these basic tenants the Basic Lifestyle Guidelines…

  • Purpose

  • Balance

  • Sleep

  • Hydration

  • Food Hygiene

  • Food Quality

  • Sunshine (Rhythm and energy)

  • Movement

As simple as these seem, lives can be changed by adopting these principles.

Following these BLG’s will enable you to have greater mental acuity, greater energy, reduced risk of sickness, disease and injury and they also help ensure you’re able to adapt to your exercise program.
