Full Body Workout For Beginners

Knowing where to start in the gym can be tough, especially when you are just starting out!

Here is coach Maddie with a full-body workout for beginners that can be done at home or in the gym in just 20 minutes!

All you need is a Kettlebell, Set of dumbells, and a Small Box (or ledge)

This workout targets you're whole body so if you're looking to strengthen your legs, bum, hamstrings, core, chest, and arms.

Simply follow along with the video and let coach Maddie guide you through it.

Here's the session:

Full Body Workout

A1 - Goblet Squat - 8 x reps

A2 - 3 Point Row - 8 x reps per arm

3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

B1 - Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift - 10 reps

B2 - Dumbbell Floor Press - 8 reps

3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

C1 - Reverse Body Weight Lunge - 8 reps per leg

C2 - Quadruped Knee Lift - 30 Seconds hold

30 Seconds hold 3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise
