20 MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT

Here is coach Milo with an upper body workout that can be done at home or in the gym in just 20 minutes!

All you need is a set of dumbells and a bench

This workout targets you're upper body so if you're looking to strengthen your Chest, Back, Shoulders and Arms.

Here's the session:

Upper Body Workoutt

A1 - DB Bench Press - 10 x reps

A2 - 3 Point Row - 10 x reps per arm

3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

B1 - Dual DB Shoulder Press - 8 reps

B2 - Bent Over Reverse Flyes - 8 reps

3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

C1 - DB Bicep Curls- 10 reps per leg

C2 - DB Skull Crushers - 10 reps sets of each;

Rest 30 Seconds between exercise
