FREE 45 MINUTE VIDEO CONSULTATION

Every client that wants to work with us gets the opportunity to book a FREE 45 Minute video consultation with our coaching team. That way you can find out if we are the best people for your needs and vice versa. After the free consultation and deciding we are right for you then start working with your coach.

ASSESSMENT

We always start each client with an assessment, after all, if we don’t know where you are currently how can we plan the best steps forward. We carry out your assessment via video recording and remote coaching, to ensure we are building the perfect fitness plan for you.

FULLY INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING PROGRAM

Your program is delivered to you completely bespoke based on your goals and the assessment process. This is all delivered via our online platform TrueCoach, which enables great easy communication between you and your personal trainer.

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS WITH YOUR COACH

As a remote coaching client, you will get 30 minutes of face time (via video conferencing) with your personal trainer on a weekly/monthly basis. This ensures that your progress continues and allows you to have intentional conversations as your fitness goals evolve.

CUSTOMISED NUTRITION PLAN

We start slowly, to truly identify what your body needs and how it works. This is an important part of helping you achieve your goals so we will spend a lot of time ensuring that the right nutrition plan is designed for you and your lifestyle.

LIFESTYLE GUIDANCE

As well as nutrition we will look at things like sleep, energy levels, and stress and figure out how we can optimise everything so that you can reach your true potential both inside and outside of the gym.
