A Lower Body Workout that can be done at home or in the gym in just 20 minutes!

All you need is: set of dumbells and a box

This workout targets you're lower body so if you're looking to strengthen your calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes

Full Body Workout

A1 - Goblet Squat - 10 reps A2 - Wall Sit - 30 Seconds 3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

B1 - DB Romanian Deadlifts - 10 reps B2 - DB Box Step Ups - 8 reps 3 Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise

C1 - Glute Bridge - 10 reps C2 - Jumping Lunges- 10 reps Sets of each; Rest 30 Seconds between exercise
